Chique Fad Fashion Store

Return & Exchange Policy

Please check and confirm the size, colour, style and condition of your item before completing your purchase. For non-defective items, the following store exchange conditions apply:

• 3-day exchange period: Eligible exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase and proof of purchase must be provided.
• Same design only: Exchanges are allowed for the same item/design in a different available size or colour. We do not exchange a non-defective item for a different style or design.
• Item condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in its original condition.
• Excluded non-defective items: Underwear, swimwear and sale/clearance items are not eligible for a change-of-mind exchange, subject to any rights that apply to defective goods under Zambian law.
• Inspection: All exchange requests are inspected before approval.
• Handling/restocking: Where applicable, a reasonable handling or restocking charge may be considered for an item returned in a condition that requires additional handling. This does not apply in a way that removes a customer's legal rights relating to defective goods.
• Faulty or defective items: If an item is faulty or defective, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase. Appropriate redress may include repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Legal note: This store policy is intended to operate alongside, and does not limit, consumer rights under Zambia's Competition and Consumer Protection Act No. 24 of 2010, as amended.
